All classes focus on total body wellness. Get Kinected provides a healthy and unique blend off multiple disciplines, working  together to provide the client with the best results. While somes classes are challenging, we welcome all levels. Our instructors can modify classes to your fitness level and needs. And we’ve always got the tunes to keep you motivated!

BARRE FUSION

Intermediate and advanced? Boot camp meets Pilates! We incorporate various props to sculpt and strengthen the core, arms, thighs, and glutes. Fusion focuses on increasing endurance and improving coordination.  This is an intense cardio workout done at the barre form, a flow of high powered sequences that will keep you energized and motivated. A heart pumping, leg burning good sweat session!

ESSENTIAL REFORMER 1

This Pilates workout is specifically designed for the beginner. Building on the five basic principles, this class follows a methodical and safe progression layered approach. Build strength, flexibility and endurance, focus on core stability, including pelvic and shoulder girdle stabilization, neutral alignment and breathing. The result is a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalized, and moves with ease!

PRE-REQUISITE TRAINING FOR STOTT PILATES REFORMER®

Requirement—A private consultation and 3 sessions are required before joining our group Reformer classes, regardless of experience. You will gain the knowledge to confidently change your own carriage, springs and gear bar, straps, foot bar, and understand the exercise names. 

The Stott Pilates method incorporates modern theories of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation through the five basic principles. These principles are related to body awareness and proper alignment. The five principles—breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapular movement and stabilization, and head and cervical placement—work together to create intelligent exercise that is both safe and effective. It benefits everyone from teenagers to active pro-agers, pregnant people and elite athletes, to people with a more sedentary lifestyle. NOTE: Bring your own yoga mat.

Know Before You Go:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your class or personal training session.

H2O isn’t just a necessity, here it’s non-negotiable. Double up and make it cold. A filling station is on site.

Grippy Socks: These are a essential in any class.  Those grips were made for Barre and Reformer classes. They provide traction and prevent your feet from slipping on the Reformer and the floor during Barre. They are effective whether you sweat or not and allow you to focus on activating the proper muscles and not scrunching your toes to stay in place!  Bring your own or buy them in the studio.

Gym Shoes: No outdoor footwear, let’s keep the studio clean.

Studio Amenities:

• Lockers for day use (Please bring your own locks!)
• Showers and change room available
• On-site blood pressure machine, AED and First Aid
