Pilates, Yoga, and Barre…and a whole new you!
All classes focus on total body wellness. Get Kinected provides a healthy and unique blend off multiple disciplines, working together to provide the client with the best results. This class is for beginners. More time is spent on choreography and segments focus on individual areas of the body or movement type (warm up, cool down, arms, legs etc.) and when combined, produce a balanced and complete workout. We stop before each segment and provide a little explanation of what is expected. These breaks slow the class down, but still provide a full-body workout. Leave feeling energized and wanting more!
Intermediate and advanced? Boot camp meets Pilates! We incorporate various props to sculpt and strengthen the core, arms, thighs, and glutes. Fusion focuses on increasing endurance and improving coordination. This is an intense cardio workout done at the barre form, a flow of high powered sequences that will keep you energized and motivated. A heart pumping, leg burning good sweat session!
On your lunch break or want to squeeze in a quick workout? This 40 minute class is an accelerated version of Barre Fusion. You can still get a total body experience in a shorter amount of time and get back to work or your next appointment.
This class uses breath and whole body in a functional way and is challenging, fun and addictive! It’s everything you want in a workout and nothing you’d expect!
This class is a core strengthening workout inspired by the teachings of Joesph Pilates. With a constant flow of moves, it’s dynamic, rhythmic and designed to build strength and flexibility.
