At Get Kinected Fitness  we want our clients and members to have the best experience possible.

Group Classes

We want everyone to get their workout in and have a great studio experience. We also know that unforeseen circumstances can pop up. All cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the appointment or class.

We offer a five minute grace period for all classes. After that you will not be able to enter and you will be considered a no-show. A $10 late cancellation fee will be applied.

Memberships

Memberships will automatically renew. Please submit any intention to cancel/stop your renewal in writing two weeks prior to the end of your current membership.
Membership cancellation: Before you cancel, let’s see if we can help you reach your goals and prioritize your me-time. As is industry standard, cancellation requests and early termination documents must be received in writing, four weeks prior to removal. A one-time $30  fee will be applied for each month.
Membership hold: We offer one free hold per contract term for our annual and 6-month members. A medical hold will require a written note from your doctor, and require ten days written notice to shawnda@getkinectedfitness.com.

Refunds

We cannot refund services or extend packages and we are unable to refund to credit cards.
